Move & Pack Associate
About The Position
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Move & Pack Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality moving services and exceptional customer service while handling customer items with care. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology. Full time hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience.
- Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application.
