In this role, you will support occupancy through effective planning of move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers. You will assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Additionally, you will support the marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and engaging in community outreach as needed. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the sales process with prospects and producing reports, coordinating the refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins, and communicating any special needs or requirements of incoming residents to the appropriate channels.
