About The Position

The Move-In Coordinator at Cherrywood Village facilitates a seamless transition of a new resident into the Community and assists the Sales Director in increasing overall census at the community. They are responsible for assisting the Sales Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, email inquiries; touring qualifying prospects; and database management as needed. Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Requirements

  • Knowledge of health and lifestyle issues of seniors is highly desired.
  • At least two years of sales experience is highly desired
  • Highly organized and accountable
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work with the public in a sales situation.
  • Compassionate and patient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
