The Move-In Coordinator at Cherrywood Village facilitates a seamless transition of a new resident into the Community and assists the Sales Director in increasing overall census at the community. They are responsible for assisting the Sales Department in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, email inquiries; touring qualifying prospects; and database management as needed. Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
