We are currently seeking an experienced sales representative to join our Household Goods team as a Move Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to residential leads to provide moving estimates, secure business, and deliver world-class customer service. As a Move Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include calling leads provided through our CRM system, as well as responding to inquiries received via email. You will accurately assess move inventory over the phone, provide detailed moving estimates, and identify and overcome any objections that may arise during the sales process. Your goal will be to close leads effectively while meeting and exceeding sales quota goals. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer service requests and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position requires a self-driven individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values detail-oriented work and outstanding customer service.
