Responsibilities

  • Coordinates 50-60 moves per month in a cost-effective manner within organizational guidelines.
  • Makes initial contact with customers to introduce Hilldrup's relocation management program and review the pre-move survey process.
  • Schedules virtual surveys and tracks customer move information from origin and destination agents.
  • Completes customer registration and develops/communicates move estimates and pricing information to customers.
  • Establishes and develops move plans with customer input.
  • Assists with quality and claims-related concerns/issues.
  • Partners with Client Services to ensure customer expectations are met/exceeded.
  • Provides regular, consistent, and effective communication to customers regarding all aspects of the move.
  • Partners with move operations team, sales executives, and surveyors to manage all facets of the move effectively.
  • Accurately inputs and updates all customer move-related information in various portals.
  • Provides regular feedback regarding process improvement opportunities.
