Dismount tires from wheels and mount tires onto rims according to company and safety standards. Balance tires using approved balancing equipment to ensure proper performance and safety. Assist with loading and unloading trailers or box trucks as needed. Operate tire service equipment, including tire changers, balancers, and related tools, while ensuring proper care and maintenance of all equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring materials and equipment are handled safely. Inspect tires and wheels to identify acceptable and defective conditions and clearly mark items as required. Demonstrate the ability to determine when tires, wheels, or related components should be repaired or replaced. Accurately document and communicate all work performed in accordance with company procedures. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, attendance, teamwork, training, and operational processes. Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
