About The Position
The Mountain Resorts Legal team is seeking a Mountain Resorts Counsel to join our talented group in a hybrid role based in Broomfield, Colorado, conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. The Mountain Resorts Legal team provides legal support to the world-class resorts in our Mountain Division. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably 3-4 years with a prestigious law firm, and a desire to learn more about the ski and ride industry. They will have a strong transactional background in real estate, land use, and entitlements. They will be inquisitive, make connections with stakeholders and peers, and effectively distill complexity into clear, concise analysis. They will be able to quickly identify material risks and make recommendations based in business acumen. The most successful attorneys at Vail Resorts are team players who are hungry, humble, and smart.
