About The Position
The Bike Park Trail & Build Crew supervisor will work under the direction of the Summer Operations Director. The primary duties are leading the Mountain trails crew in maintaining or improving existing bike trails, and creating new trails and infrastructure. They will also help create and lead biking events to help grow the sport at Taos Ski Valley. The Bike Park, Trail & Build Crew often assists other Mountain Operations Crews. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee our trail-building program. Applicants should possess a passion for mountain biking, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of trail construction and maintenance techniques.
