About The Position

Mountain Adventure Park Supervisor Position Summary: The Mountain Adventure Park Supervisor oversees the daily operation of the park and provides direct supervision to the M.A.P. staff. This is a leadership role focused on maintaining high safety standards, staff morale, and a positive guest experience. This is a seasonal, hourly position starting in early-May through October. Compensation: $16.25 – $17.75 / hour (Based on experience) Reports to: Mountain Adventure Manager / Assistant GM of Mountain Operations

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead, delegate, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older; punctual and prepared to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure during guest interactions and conflict resolution.
  • Able to read and comprehend safety guidelines, operational manuals, and state regulations (520 CMR 5.00).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move between various workstations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to assist with maintenance and ride operations.
  • Comfort working outdoors in variable summer weather conditions.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must submit to and pass a Criminal Background Check (CORI).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate M.A.P. team of ride operators and attendants to ensure high morale and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all daily inspections are completed thoroughly prior to park opening.
  • Supervise park operations on weekends; coordinate staff positioning and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Manage staff numbers to ensure all amusement devices are properly attended and staff are in their correct positions.
  • Monitor the park from both a guest and staff perspective; professionally address and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
  • Closely monitor weather conditions and communicate park closures or delays to Ticketing, Marketing, and the Front Desk.
  • Assist the Mountain Adventure Manager with maintenance, setup, and other operational support during non-operating hours.
