About The Position

GE Vernova is seeking a Moulding Technician I to join a team responsible for building wind turbine blades. This role involves working in one of the five production areas, specifically Moulding, where fiberglass and other materials are laid into wind turbine shell moulds. Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Ability to read work instructions
Basic math skills
Ability to operate basic hand tools
May be required to operate power tools
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

Work with a team of individuals to build wind turbine blades out of fiberglass and additional materials in one of the 5 production areas: Moulding – lay fiberglass and other materials in wind turbine shell moulds
Keep quality in mind while striving to create zero-defects during every blade build
