The Moulding Shop Laborer is responsible for operating specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. This role involves maintaining and monitoring the machinery to ensure it functions properly, as well as understanding how the operated machine works. The laborer will inspect and conduct quality checks to ensure that finished product specifications are met. Additionally, the laborer must understand how to calculate linear footage and board feet footage, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs of wood bundles. Responsibilities also include bundling and tallying moulding products for final processing and safely operating a forklift.
