The Motorsports Strategic Planning and Operations Manager is an integral member of a passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated team. This role requires being a key contributor and leader in developing long-term activation plans, short term tactical plans, and overseeing day to day operations. Much of what we do involves being at the track on weekends overseeing event operations, with fairly extensive travel. In this role, collaboration, along with building and maintaining relationships, is key as we work closely with many internal and external partners to build marketing plans that help drive the business. A key component is working closely with Marketing Divisions and Regional teams to identify integration and collaboration opportunities and/or opportunities to enhance consumer engagement through our mobile tours, vehicle displays and driver talent. You will also serve as a liaison with the sanctioning bodies, teams, drivers, sponsors, and track operators while networking with key industry professionals to build long term enterprise value and managing our on-going business relationships. This role is specific to Chevrolet Motorsports , which include NASCAR, INDYCAR, IMSA Sportscars (Corvette), NHRA and Offroad Truck.
