Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50+lbs.
  • Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in the areas of product knowledge and technology.
  • Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
  • Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to balance and move 800lb motorcycles periodically.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior detail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Wash motorcycles.
  • Ensure they are cleaner then when Guest dropped them off.
  • Detail all new and pre-owned motorcycles.
  • Assist Technicians with keeping the service department clean and organized.
  • Operate forklift for new motorcycle deliveries.
  • Maintain cleaning chemical inventory.
  • Communicate to Service Manager as supplies need to be replenished.
  • Clean and maintain appearance of general facilities.
  • Delivery of Motorcycles.
