At Turn 14 Distribution, we’re looking for a Motorcycle Parts Inside Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Ferndale, MI. You’ll play a key role in managing customer relationships, providing expert product guidance, and driving revenue in the fast-paced world of aftermarket powersports. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
  • Specific knowledge of the powersports industry, with a strong understanding of the V-Twin and off-road segment
  • Passion for performance parts and the aftermarket space
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our Ferndale, MI office

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and margin goals through proactive customer engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts
  • Apply your industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that drive results
  • Be available in the office during business hours to respond to calls, emails, and chats
  • Deliver prompt, professional support to a diverse customer base
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers across the powersports space
  • Master Turn 14 Distribution’s systems, tools, and processes
  • Gain expert-level knowledge of our performance parts portfolio—especially in the powersports segment
  • Stay current on trends and new products through regular vendor training
  • Support company initiatives like new brand launches and product onboarding
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position Turn 14 as the premier distribution partner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the best possible customer outcomes
