About The Position

Arrowhead Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, the largest powersports dealer network in the country, is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Motorclothes Sales Associate. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong interest in Harley-Davidson motorcycles and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, helping them find the perfect gear and accessories to enhance their riding experience. Requirements

• 1 year minimum previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the Motorclothes line.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers looking to purchase Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and accessories.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect gear based on their riding style, preferences, and safety needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technology, and product knowledge related to Harley-Davidson Motorclothes.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and a positive shopping experience.
