About The Position

The Record Security Identification Unit (RSIU) is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed to providing quality customer service. Under the direction of the Manager I, DMV, the Motor Vehicle Representative (MVR) will review and interpret driver license and identification records, verify information, and combine or de-combine driving records; work collaboratively with Investigations and other units within the department; respond to telephone and written inquiries from DMV field offices, headquarters units, the public, and law enforcement agencies; prepare corrections for the more complex driver license and identification records; and sort and log all mailed and faxed documents. All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply. A training and development assignment may be considered. SROA/Surplus candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Completion of the MVR Questionnaire included in the Job Posting.
• Indicate basis of eligibility (list, transfer, reinstate, demote or SROA/Surplus).
• Complete and submit all items listed under 'Required Application Documents' by the Final Filing Date.
• Possession of the Minimum Qualifications as verified prior to interview and/or appointment.
