About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Motor Vehicle Mechanic to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Perform maintenance actions for CESE, NTVE, and MHE equipment and document all work in the DMLSS Equipment and Technology Management (E&TM) Module or other Government-directed systems. Update work orders withaccuratemaintenance status, labor time, inspection results, calibration records, parts documentation, and supporting maintenance records. Perform vehicle dispatch functions for daily use of Government-provided vehicles and material handling equipment. Conduct routine dispatching, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance for NTVE and MHE assets. Inspect vehicles before and after use for damage, safe operatingconditions, mileage, andrequiredissueofequipment. Maintain dispatcher logs and annotate daily mileage accumulation and equipment status. Prepare monthly NTVE/MHE equipment status reports. Perform walk-through surveillance inspections of CESE and conduct quarterly operational tests. Perform limited repairs and preventive maintenance on CESE, NTVE, and MHE equipment tomaintainoperational readiness, including tire replacement, battery charging and replacement, fluid and POL replenishment, belt adjustments, headlight replacement, and repair or replacement of required markings, labels, and decals. Maintain CESE readiness standards including tire pressure, battery disconnects, fuel levels, and general preservation requirements. Immediately report vehicle damage, safety deficiencies, and maintenance issues. Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimumfive (5) years of experience as a motor vehicle mechanic or heavy equipment technician.
  • Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on medium/heavy vehicles and material handling equipment.
  • Must have avalidCommercial Driver’s License (A endorsement) with standard transmission and trailer endorsement.
  • Ability to obtain certification tooperate4–30K forklift equipment.
  • Certified ASE in Medium-Heavy Truck, Military Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Series, or equivalent advanced-level ASE certifications.
  • Certification tooperate4–30K forklifts.
  • Must be able to inspect, troubleshoot, and perform limited repairs on CESE, NTVE, and MHE equipment.
  • Ability to work safely in warehouse and outdoor operational environments.
  • Ability to lift tools, parts, and components up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be a United StatesCitizen
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with dispatch logs, maintenance records, and inspection reporting preferred.
  • Experience with military vehicle maintenance environmentsis stronglypreferred.
