Requirements

• Previous experience in title processing field is required.
• Strong understanding of NJ MVC laws and regulations.
• Excellent research skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Dealertrack.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process title and plate documents for clients, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and updates in the title database.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and assisting them throughout the title process.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to title documents in a timely manner.
• Work closely with auto auctions and other wholesale sellers.
