About The Position

We are seeking a Motor Development Specialist to join our team! The Motor Development Specialist will implement programs recommended by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Physical Therapist (PT) to assist individuals develop basic functional skills. This position is responsible to maintain communications among an interdisciplinary team. Training and consultation will be provided by the Occupational and Physical Therapists and work performance will be directed by the Program Manager.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D
Must have 1-3 years' experience working with individuals with IDD

Responsibilities

Implement programs recommended by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Physical Therapist (PT) to assist individuals develop basic functional skills.
Maintain communications among an interdisciplinary team.
