About The Position

Pull motor parts for motor assembly. Assemble and test motors per work order instructions. Inspect motors and diagnose any possible defects. Perform work related to maintaining 5S program (housekeeping). Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, gainsharing, and cost-saving programs. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read drawings, blue-prints, and wiring diagnosis.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous assembly experience preferred.
  • Electrical wiring background beneficial.
