Join the Pape’ Team! As our Motive Power Manager, you will be in a leadership role where you will oversee, lead, and support all Motive Power department members and operations. This will include supervision and management of all processes, budgeting, financials, mechanic development and coaching, safety, inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Prior sales, management and/or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
- Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.
- Strong customer relations and marketing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
