ProSidian Seeks a Motivational Keynote/Guest Speaker | Motivation And Personal Growth [ESC1U173] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. We seek Motivational Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of public speaking or coaching experience.
• Experience working with educational institutions or youth programs preferred.
• Proven track record as a motivational speaker in educational or corporate settings.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in subject area highly valued.
• Experience in Professional and Management Development Training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Motivational Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau.
• Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences.
• Communicate impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values of integrity, growth, and cultural relevance through keynote delivery.
• Engage audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling.
• Deliver actionable frameworks that foster resilience, mindset transformation, and long-term progress.
• Support broader programming through Q&As, panel moderation, or breakout facilitation.
• Maintain a motivational portfolio or media reel of past engagements.
• Provide post-event resources or personalized engagement opportunities for deeper impact.
