About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the conception and execution of custom multimedia projects for paid digital media campaigns on networks like Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube,, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google,, Bing, Outbrain, Taboola, X, and more. You will be responsible for planning and executing different creative assets required for a client’s advertising campaign. This can include editing and production of animations, images, banners, and videos. This role will work closely with our creative team to produce, convert and optimize all creative elements needed for testing strategies across various paid media channels. You will need to manage multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related major required.
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience in digital marketing is required.
  • Highly knowledgeable with Adobe Premier, AfterEffects and other similiar video editing softwares
  • Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day to day and big picture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with color correction, audio post production, VFX/compositing, character animation, and/or hand-drawn assets and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with shooting/lighting video or on-set production roles is a plus as we occasionally shoot video in our office, in the field or at events.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute video and image creative content for various advertising networks that include social, display, video, native, shopping and search channels.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google productivity tools
  • Re-cut existing video, create or adapt animated graphics, and conceive of net new concepts to create iterative options for A/B testing within the ever-changing paid social landscape.
  • Have a strong sense of design and utilize design systems/patterns to ensure high quality and effective visual messaging.
  • Leverage stock footage/imagery, graphics, SFX, and AI-generated VO/video/assets for ad creative especially in instances with clients/brands without extensive existing assets/ads.
  • Develop moodboards, styleframes, and storyboards to pre-visualize content ideas to help facilitate client and team buy-in.
  • Must be able to identify emerging platform trends both through paid industry/competitor research as well as reverse engineering organic social trends to find new ways to tell stories and present advertising content.
  • Manage multiple projects at once from concept through to final deliverables within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while understanding client expectations and internal workloads and timelines.
  • Work alongside a creative team to create copy/video/image content for various digital ad formats and aspect ratios.
  • Maintain a backup/redundancy system for all local assets and working files to ensure data integrity.
