Hiring Immediately: Victory Home Remodeling is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer / Film Editor—a highly creative and detail-oriented visual artist who can transform raw footage, brand assets, and conceptual ideas into world-class content. This role is responsible for editing Victory’s films (social, brand, internal, commercial) and designing motion graphics that elevate our storytelling. You will collaborate with our Media Production team, execute off of creative briefs, and develop post production content that reflects Victory’s brand standards with precision, emotion, and excellence for both employee and customer constituencies. Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional editing and motion graphics experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pacing, typography, color, composition, and sound.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing editing, animation, and storytelling across a range of styles.
  • Excellent communicator, proactive collaborator, and detail-obsessed creative.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form and long-form video projects with strong pacing, narrative clarity, proper music, and emotional pull.
  • Design high-impact motion graphics for brand campaigns, social content, internal communications, and commercial pieces.
  • Execute color correction, sound design, and final delivery with a high standard of polish.
  • Animate lower thirds, titles, transitions, logo stings, and graphic packages consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Deliver 100% of projects on time while maintaining elite quality standards.
  • Maintain organized project files, version control, and media storage.
  • Follow post-production workflows and naming conventions with precision.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency across edits, templates, and motion design systems.
  • Work closely with the Media Production Manager and Creative leadership to understand project objectives and elevate concepts.
  • Provide insight and creative solutions during pre-production, storyboarding, and ideation.
  • Communicate clearly across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with videographers, producers, and brand creatives on storytelling, style, and tone.
  • Edit and animate 6–12 films per quarter (mix of short-form and long-form).
  • Produce motion graphics packages for major company events and campaigns.
  • Support daily/weekly content creation for social media and internal communications.
