About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that serves various purposes including product demos, tutorials, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. You will collaborate closely with product, leadership, marketing, and sales teams to understand their objectives and translate these into compelling visual narratives. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing Final Round AI’s in-product motion language and a templated motion graphics system, which includes creating animated intros, end cards, and interstitial elements for customer stories and product demos.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional editing and animation experience, ideally in a B2B and/or startup environment
• Proficient with industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Jitter, Lottie, Figma, Adobe CS, etc.)
• Ability to leverage Lottie or other animation solutions for in-product motion
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling abilities and technical skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
• Ability to maintain speed and high quality in work
• Balance technical expertise with creative vision
• Stay current with video production trends and integrate new techniques into work
