About The Position

The New York Islanders Hockey Club is seeking a creative and motivated individual to join their Game Presentation Creative Department. This role focuses on motion design and production, contributing to various projects that enhance the Islanders brand across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to create visually impactful content that resonates with fans and supports the team's marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of motion design and production software.
• Proven motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, C4D, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
• Comfortable working on both PC and Mac systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sports marketing.
• Knowledge of hockey, the NHL, and the New York Islanders team.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver motion design concepts that leverage the history of the Islanders franchise.
• Develop creative materials that support sales and build equity in the NYI brand.
• Take design tasks from brief to implementation across multiple platforms.
