About The Position

As a Motion Designer at Abridge, you will play a key role in visualizing complex ideas and bringing them to life through dynamic animations and video content. This part-time, 3-month contract position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that effectively communicates the brand, vision, and product to users. The role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through motion and animation, with a strong ability to distill complex concepts into visually appealing content.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing motion design work from storyboard through to execution.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for design and visual storytelling with an eye for detail.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe, or experience in video editing.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience building out motion design guidelines for a company.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics.
• Help showcase the product and brand through compelling 2D animated assets for various platforms.
• Produce compelling concepts and storyboards for motion graphics.
• Own the development process for motion graphics from concept to deliverable.
• Collaborate with the design and video team and other stakeholders to produce brand-elevating assets.
• Innovate and help develop motion design principles to enhance the visual language.
