The Mosquito Specialist is responsible for providing mosquito services to residential and commercial customers. This role focuses on inspecting properties, identifying mosquito breeding areas, and applying targeted treatments to reduce mosquito populations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers in a professional manner.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and accountability.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Driver's License (Required) with a minimum 3 year driving experience outside of permit and must meet insurance eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

Actively engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge and fulfill licensing requirements.
Follow safe work practices in line with state regulations, OSHA guidelines, and ensure the use of necessary safety equipment while performing duties.
Operate a backpack blower (weighing up to 65 pounds) in hot and humid conditions, often across uneven terrain.
Address basic customer inquiries and requests, and inform the owner(s) of any complaints or issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Accurately complete job documentation in a timely manner.
Spend most of your day working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safely drive a company owned vehicle and ensure it, along with all other equipment, remains clean and well-maintained.
Engage in frequent physical activity, including walking, crouching, and moving around outdoors.
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet weekly duties, including occasional weekend hours.
Able to walk for extended periods with a 65 lb. backpack.
Comfortable wearing protective gear and a uniform.
