About The Position
As a Service Manager at MosquitoNix®, you will be provided the opportunity to grow your career and control your financial opportunities throughout the Richmond, Virginia area. Successful Service Manager will be expected to implement MosquitoNix Standards and Operations across all service-related channels by motivating and holding the team accountable to achieve top-notch service. You will be capable of quick/efficient problem-solving skills while managing a wide array of items daily. Your responsibilities will include installing, inspecting, and servicing Misting Systems, Temporary Treatments, General Pest control, and decorative lighting. You will hold team learning sessions and incentive plans to create team morale and strive for the team to exceed expectations. Additionally, you will manage the Service Team to ensure thorough installation, inspections, and servicing of customers’ properties to provide best practices for Mosquito Control and decorative lighting. You will also attend events to showcase the Misting System and the advantages of the highest quality parts and components that we provide.
