About The Position

MosquitoNix Twin Cities East is a fast-growing, veteran-owned outdoor pest control franchise serving homeowners and businesses across the Twin Cities metro. We specialize in custom automated misting systems, seasonal mosquito and pest treatments, and holiday lighting — giving our customers their outdoor lives back, season after season. We're looking for a driven, personable Outdoor Pest Control Sales Consultant to join our team and help Twin Cities families and businesses discover what it means to truly enjoy their outdoor spaces — bug-free. If you love being outside, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and want to sell a product people genuinely love, this is your role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
  • Comfort with technology — CRM, tablet-based proposals, apps
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High integrity and customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pest control, lawn care, home services, or outdoor living industries
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales models
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • Existing network of homeowners, realtors, or property managers in the Twin Cities
  • Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial prospects
  • Assess outdoor spaces and design custom automated misting system solutions
  • Present proposals for system installations, seasonal service plans, and maintenance contracts
  • Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, home shows, and community events
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and digital leads
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to drive referrals and recurring revenue
  • Partner with installation crews to ensure seamless customer handoffs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM software
  • Represent MosquitoNix at local trade shows, expos, and community events
  • Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets

  • Month 1 Guarantee | $850/week + commissions (training period)
  • Month 2+ | $500/week guarantee + commissions
  • Commission | Earned on every install, service contract & maintenance agreement
  • OTE (Year 1) | $55,000 – $85,000+ (top performers uncapped)

  • Some evenings & weekends during peak season
