Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities Job Summary: A Mortgage Warehouse Underwriter II will prepare written loan analyses for new and existing lines for Mortgage Warehouse relationships ranging from $3,000,000 up to the bank’s Mortgage Warehouse Lending Guidelines. He or she will also monitor existing lines through annual reviews. A Mortgage Warehouse Underwriter II will be expected to have knowledge and experience with moderately complex Warehouse relationships.. A Mortgage Warehouse Underwriter II should be proficient in warehouse lending and Bank policy and procedures. Position will also be responsible for reviewing a sampling of files post-closing to verify proper adherence with lending guidelines, policy and procedures. Promote good relations with all associates and departments within the Bank to maintain organization and efficiency.
