About The Position
The Mortgage Servicing Support Specialist is responsible for disbursing 203(k) rehabilitation funds, construction draws, and escrow holdback funds. This role requires utilizing Microsoft Access databases and servicing systems for the disbursement of funds, setting up and balancing new loans for the 203(k) department, and posting all entries regarding disbursement of funds to the servicing system. The specialist will communicate with impacted areas regarding exceptions as they arise and prepare and/or reconcile required daily and month-end reports. Additionally, the role involves reviewing requests to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and audit guidelines.
