About The Position
The Mortgage Servicing Manager at Blaze will oversee all aspects of servicing, funding, member service, and Investor reporting within the mortgage department. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that our mortgage operations adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. The Mortgage Servicing Manager will lead a team of Mortgage Servicers which includes Funders, Quality Assurance, and Member Service. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, attention to detail, and excellent leadership skills.
