About The Position
The Central Bank Real Estate Servicing Department is hiring for a Mortgage Servicing Loan Processor. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to Substitution of Liability and Assumptions. This will include answering questions and discussing the process of the application, underwriting, and closing times, in a timely and courteous manner. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming applications, inputting data into the appropriate system, processing applications, and preparing appropriate documentation. This role will require you to work directly with customers to ensure the proper completion of all steps within the process. You will also be cross trained in other areas of Loan Servicing and will be able to help facilitate accurate and timely processing of work. To ensure exceptional customer service, we will ask you to help produce task manuals for when you are out of the office. In this role, we will expect you to be able to work with as a team with other department employees and uphold bank and federal policies, laws, and regulations.
