About The Position

The Mortgage Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the mortgage sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating member interactions, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. They also assist in tracking loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6 + months of office or administrative experience.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in the flow of work.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

• Mortgage sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the management of new and current Loan Officers loan production pipeline from application to disclosing maintaining TRID compliance while supporting marketing needs and CRM management.
• Provide PTO coverage for Loan Officer Assistants as needed.
• Support the Mortgage Team handling online account opening.
• Perform a variety of administrative support tasks including but not limited to, sales lead distribution and FHAP letters.
• Assimilate and apply training on loan origination software, compliance requirements, ECU systems and procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
