About The Position

The Production Manager will direct the Production function of the Division to originate, prepare loan packages and improve customer communication. Manage the day to day functions of the Account Managers to achieve capture, customer satisfaction and profit per loan goals. Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance. Interact with Operations Team to ensure Operations and Production work as a team for the best interest of the company. Directly participate in the quality control function by working directly with the Quality Department. Partner with builder to cultivate relationships between Account Managers and Builder representative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
• At least five years of related operations/production experience in the mortgage industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
