About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a Mortgage Processor II opening for our client in Amherst, NY. The position involves processing conventional and government loan requests in accordance with product, underwriting, investor, and state-specific guidelines. The role requires maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers, brokers, correspondents, loan officers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth loan application experience. The Mortgage Processor II will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to obtain necessary documentation and notify appropriate parties of any issues that may impact loan processing or approval. Additionally, the role includes monitoring and updating all loan-related documentation to ensure underwriting conditions are met, performing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a professional and inclusive work environment. The position is for a duration of 6 months.
