  • Loan Documentation and Processing:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure that all required documents are collected and uploaded into the loan management system.
  • Review loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Customer Service:
  • Serve as a point of contact for borrowers, providing updates and answering questions related to the mortgage process.
  • Provide assistance to clients in completing required documentation and forms.
  • Address inquiries related to loan status, documentation, and processing timelines.
  • Processing and Workflow Management:
  • Monitor the status of loan applications and assist in managing the workflow to ensure timely processing.
  • Assist with the coordination of appraisals, title work, and other third-party services.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and loan files are completed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the integrity of data in the loan processing system.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform administrative duties related to the mortgage process, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and review mortgage-related documents, including loan disclosures, closing documents, and other essential paperwork.
  • Help support other departments within mortgage operations as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong interest in the mortgage industry and career development within mortgage operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
