The Mortgage Operations Manager will oversee the management, direction, and planning of the credit union’s mortgage processing, closing, and underwriting responsibilities. This role involves providing escalated support to the department staff, assisting with clerical and processing needs, and preparing closing documents. The manager will service members’ financial needs regarding the credit union’s mortgage loans, educate members on credit union products and services, and promote positive employee relations and morale. The goal is to provide members with an extraordinary experience in accordance with the credit union’s core values and service promise.
