About The Position
The Mortgage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Mortgage Operations area, which includes managing teams involved in Processing, Underwriting, and Closing. This role involves making critical decisions regarding loan approvals, managing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing innovative processes to enhance efficiency and quality in mortgage operations. The manager will also communicate departmental performance to upper management and support staff development through training and coaching.
