About the position

The Mortgage Loss Mitigation Specialist is responsible for assisting in customer correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and tracking customer complaints. This role focuses on promoting a positive customer experience by identifying trends and collaborating with department leaders to address root causes of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer correspondence group to ensure regulatory requirements are followed and timelines are met.
  • Report and track all regulatory, state, presidential, and general customer complaints.
  • Determine trends and work with department leaders to identify root causes and remediation strategies to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Knowledge of Basic MS Office Suite, electronic mail, internet software, database software, and loan servicing systems (such as Fidelity).
