About The Position

Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on complex loan packages and ensure compliance with policies and procedures for loan products. Processing Functions include: processing, closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant information, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups; processor will manage an assigned pipeline of loans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Loan Processing experience dealing with high volume processing
• Proficient in automated underwriting tools
• Detail oriented
• Good computer knowledge-paperless environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Candidates must be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary

Nice To Haves

• NMLS-MLO Licensure a plus
