About The Position
The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for launching and building a new first mortgage product in Oregon aimed at buyers of Community Land Trust homes. This role focuses on helping first-time buyers, particularly from historically excluded communities, achieve and maintain homeownership. The position involves originating, servicing, and overseeing various mortgage loans while analyzing borrowers' financial situations and managing loan requests in a fast-paced environment.
