By originating high-quality mortgage loans, you will guide homeowners through the intricate process of buying or refinancing their homes with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care. Requirements

Strong understanding of mortgage applications, processing, underwriting, and closing processes.
Knowledge of conventional and government mortgage programs, secondary market basics, and pricing structures.
Demonstrated relationship-building abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple loans in different stages of the process.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and mortgage lending technology platforms.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences, including borrowers, realtors, and internal staff.
Commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience that reflects SACFCU's service culture.
Minimum three years of loan sales experience, preferably in a financial institution.
