About The Position

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Originators in MA and NH to join our lending team based in Braintree, MA. Washington Trust offers our mortgage professionals a comprehensive product menu, an expansive portfolio lending program and rapid turn-around from a great Operations team, which truly differentiates us from the competition. We are looking for independent, dynamic, and energetic sales-oriented professionals. Mortgage Loan Originators need proficient mortgage industry knowledge in order to originate loans and develop realtor and business contacts. Requirements

Outside sales mortgage origination experience with a proven record of developing networks, attracting new clients, and sales delivery.
In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and guidelines
Ability to grow through referral networks to a minimum average monthly production goal of $1M
Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
Established referral network
NMLS registration
