About The Position

First Western Mortgage is seeking a seasoned Loan Originator to join our team of professionals. We offer a full array of mortgage loan products, we underwrite and close our loans in house, and we ALWAYS work to satisfy our customers. First Western Bank also offers in-house loan products (including construction loans) that gives you options on most any loan scenario. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to serve the customer, who wants to specialize in customer service and serving our community. First Western is a local community bank, serving Arkansas for over 115 years.
