Interviews and takes applications for real estate loan applicants. Provides loan product information to interested mortgage applicants, interviews the applicants, reviews credit history, determines eligibility and provides loan pre-qualifications.
Requirements
- 3-5 years mortgage origination experience
- Established relationships in the Columbia/Lexington area business community
- Commitment to integrity and community involvement
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a bank environment
- Bi-lingual skills
