About The Position

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Originators in MA to join our lending team based in Wellesley, MA. Washington Trust offers our mortgage professionals a comprehensive product menu, an expansive portfolio lending program and rapid turn-around from a great Operations team, which truly differentiates us from the competition. We are looking for independent, dynamic, and energetic sales-oriented professionals. Mortgage Loan Originators need proficient mortgage industry knowledge in order to originate loans and develop realtor and business contacts. This position is focused on outside sales and may be located in MA, NH, RI or CT.

Requirements

• Outside sales mortgage origination experience with a proven record of developing networks and attracting new clients
• In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and guidelines
• Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
• Established referral network
• NMLS registration
