The Job at a Glance Provides financial Mortgage products/services to existing and potential new members applying through the branch retail network and potential overflow of CU1 online portal and phone channel applications in a confident and professional manner that assures efficient operations and exceptional service. Assertively executes cross selling with members and potential members to increase growth. This position is required to accurately open new mortgage and additional Credit Union 1 accounts. Process all lending requests, including interviewing, obtaining decisions, obtaining lending documents to ensure closing of the loan. This position also assists with more difficult transactions or service issues. Multitasking is required of this position to accommodate staffing needs throughout the mortgage team platform.
