JOB SUMMARY: Develop a consistent, increasing pipeline of residential real estate loans through exceptional customer service and referrals from local Realtors, business professionals, and community leaders. Ensure consistent and efficient handling of loan requests throughout the processing of the loan. Research, resolve problems and respond to customers’ inquiries on account status. Cross sell other bank services and refer customers to other departments / subsidiaries as appropriate. Keep informed of changes in bank services or procedures.
